Values

A place of welcome: At FLC, we are dedicated to cultivating an environment where every individual feels a sense of belonging and visibility, and where they know they are valued and safe.

Trust and integrity: We believe our students, colleagues, partners, and donors entrust us with a vital mission, and we are committed to earning and keeping that trust.

Inspire possibilities: Our programs are designed to inspire adults to define and reach their potential. By helping learners set and achieve their personal goals, we build success for our students, staff, and volunteers alike.
